AdForce ("we", "us", or "our") operates CallForge ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Password (stored securely hashed)
  • Profile information you choose to provide
  • Organization and business details

Business Data

To provide our services, we process:

  • Business information (name, address, phone, website)
  • Google Business Profile data (reviews, posts, insights)
  • Content you create, approve, or schedule through the Service
  • Keywords and SEO data
  • Social media account connections and post data

Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address and browser information
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Dates and times of access
  • Device and operating system information

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Generate AI-powered content for your business
  • Process subscriptions and billing
  • Send transactional emails (welcome, billing, trial notifications)
  • Send optional digest emails and notifications (with your consent)
  • Improve the Service through analytics
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate (Supabase for database, Stripe for payments, Resend/SendGrid for email, Anthropic for AI, Sentry for error tracking, PostHog for analytics).
  • Platform publishing: When you publish content, it is shared with the target platform (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we retain your data for a 30-day grace period (during which you can restore your account), after which it is permanently deleted. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
  • Row-level security policies for data isolation
  • API key hashing (SHA-256)
  • Rate limiting and abuse protection
  • Regular security monitoring and error tracking
  • Role-based access control with audit logging

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Export: Request your data in a portable format (available via Settings > Data & Privacy)

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
