These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CallForge by AdForce ("Service"), operated by AdForce ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Description of Service

CallForge is an AI-powered local SEO content automation platform that helps businesses create, schedule, and publish content across Google Business Profile and social media platforms. The Service includes content generation, keyword research, citation management, review management, and reporting features.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency). Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees.

  • Free trials, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interfere with the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple users to access a single account.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through circumvention.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific needs.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data and any content you provide to the Service. Content generated by the Service on your behalf is licensed to you for your business use. We retain ownership of the Service, its technology, and all associated intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After the grace period, your data will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
